This boutique hotel from  Creative Director Matthew Rolston features 69 rooms and suites with interiors inspired by South Beach’s Art Deco heritage; Cleo feauring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to open early November; and a 12,000-square-foot rooftop pool and event space.

Cleo - named OpenTable's "50 Hottest Restaurants in the U.S.”, Cleo, is pleased to announce its newest location in the heart of South Beach at the Redbury Hotel. Opening early November, Cleo captures the vibrancy of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, where new yet familiar flavors are enhanced by worldly charm. The award- winning Chef Danny Elmaleh takes you on a culinary adventure, adapting his original Cleo menu with local South Beach ingredients. Enjoy delicious sharable plates, mezzes, flatbreads and hand crafted cocktails in a warm and intimate yet energetic atmosphere.

Rooftop Pool

The 12,000-square-foot rooftop pool and deck at The Redbury South Beach is one of our proudest features. Guests can take in the gorgeous Miami skyline by day or night, lounge in a comfy chaise and take a dip in the pool.

Please be aware that a Resort Fee of $20 per day, per room (plus tax) will apply to your booking, payable locally and subject to change without notice. The fee includes: Wi Fi access throughout the entire hotel; two beach chairs at The Raleigh; and access to the SLS Fitness Center.
