  • “Your Florida Holiday” is the trading name of Jam Travel Ltd. All bookings that include flights are ATOL protected, which means that in the unlikely event of anything happening to us, your money is safe. Flight inclusive packages are bonded by Jam Travel Ltd, ATOL number 12733 & ABTA number P8780.

    All holidays booked prior to 2nd April 2025 are bonded by Major Travel PLC, ATOL number 2933. Major Travel are also ABTA protected number P7169.

  • We have direct contracts with Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Aer Lingus, United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and Icelandair.

  • Our preferred airlines fly into Orlando International, Tampa International and Miami International as the main airports. For an Orlando stay, Orlando International is usually within 30 minutes of your hotel/villa, Tampa is a great option as it is a smaller airport you can often clear customs quicker and is around 1hr 30 mins drive to Orlando resorts. Miami is around a 4-hour drive to Orlando resorts. We also have flights into the regional airports in Florida.

  • We book packages from last minute trips up until 30 months away, so we can book Your Florida Holiday for any 2026 or 2027 dates.

  • You can make a booking by calling our reservations team. They will email a detailed quote out along with payment options.

  • Usually within 24 hours of booking you will be emailed your Disney reference. You can create a My Disney Experience account – www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk

    You can make restaurant reservations within 60 days of departure.

    Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance, for their entire stay (up to 14 days). All other guests can plan up to 3 days in advance.

  • Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Please refer to our cancellation and modification policies. These policies can be found on our website under the Booking Conditions section.

  • Yes, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip. If you have booked a flight inclusive package this will include your ATOL certificate too.

  • Balance due dates vary depending on what you have booked. These are generally required 12-16 weeks prior to departure.

  • We will email your travel documents 14-21 days prior to departure. Some vouchers will be emailed out within 5 days of departure e.g. certain villa suppliers.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfers.

  • Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. Most UK citizens travelling to the United States are required to obtain an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA). To complete an ESTA please see: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ we recommend obtaining these as early as possible, either prior to or at the time of booking your holiday.

  • Typically, you need a valid passport, visa (if required), flight tickets, and accommodation details. Additional documents may be needed depending on your destination.

  • Yes, we offer services for travellers with special needs. Please inform us of your requirements at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
